Demolition
Whole-structure teardowns and large interior demo that produce enormous debris volumes.

The largest roll-off we offer — maximum volume for demolition, commercial projects, and the biggest jobs on the Southside.
The 40 yard is the top of the fleet: our highest-capacity roll-off, engineered for projects that generate debris by the truckload. Standing a full eight feet tall on the standard 22-foot footprint, it holds around twelve pickup-truck loads — the kind of capacity that turns a multi-container headache into a single, efficient haul.
This is a container for professionals and major undertakings. Commercial demolition, large-scale construction, whole-building cleanouts, and big manufacturing or warehouse projects all benefit from consolidating waste into one massive container. Fewer swaps, less coordination, and a cleaner site are the payoff.
As with the 30 yard, the 40 is all about volume, not weight. It's perfect for light, bulky materials — cardboard, packaging, framing, insulation, furniture, and general construction and demolition debris. Heavy materials like concrete and dirt should never go in a 40 yard; they'd blow past the weight limit at a fraction of full, so we route those to smaller, weight-rated containers.

Maximum capacity for the largest commercial and demolition jobs.
Whole-structure teardowns and large interior demo that produce enormous debris volumes.
Major commercial builds and large-scale residential projects with continuous waste.
Warehouses, offices, and retail spaces cleared out in a single high-capacity container.
Manufacturing, distribution, and events generating large amounts of lightweight material.
Reserve the 40 yard for bulky, lightweight debris — never dense material like concrete.
Keep out: paint, chemicals, fuels, asbestos, tires, batteries, and refrigerant appliances — these need special handling.
Most residential projects never need a 40 yard — for those, the 30 yard usually offers plenty of room at a lower cost.
Choose the 40 when volume is genuinely large and the debris is light and bulky: demolition, commercial cleanouts, and big construction sites. If your load is heavy, remember that no amount of extra volume changes the weight limit — a smaller, weight-rated container is the correct (and cheaper) choice.
It's our largest container, built for demolition, major construction, and whole-building cleanouts that generate high volumes of lightweight, bulky debris.
Around 12 pickup-truck loads. At eight feet tall it offers the most capacity in our fleet while keeping the standard 22-foot footprint.
No — heavy materials like concrete, dirt, and brick would exceed the weight limit well before the container is full. Those belong in a 10 yard. The 40 is strictly for light, high-volume debris.
Usually, yes. For most homes a 20 or 30 yard is ample. The 40 makes sense for demolition and commercial-scale work. Not sure? Call (470) 878-2988 and we'll recommend the right size honestly.
