Rental Terms

When you rent a dumpster from us, you agree to the following, in addition to any specific terms confirmed at booking:

• Placement and access: You are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and legal location for the container. While our team places boards to protect surfaces, you acknowledge that delivery on driveways and private property carries inherent risk, and we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or ordinary wear.
• Permitted materials: You agree to load only acceptable materials and to keep prohibited items — including hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, asbestos, and refrigerant appliances — out of the container. You are responsible for any charges or liabilities arising from prohibited items.
• Weight limits and fill level: You agree not to load debris above the container's fill line and to stay within the included weight allowance. Overage weight is billed at the disclosed per-ton rate. Overfilled containers cannot be legally hauled and must be adjusted before pickup.
• Rental period: The rental includes a defined period. Keeping the container longer may incur additional charges as disclosed.
• Care of the container: You are responsible for the container while it is in your possession and for any damage beyond normal use.
• Permits: You are responsible for obtaining any permit required for placement on public property or streets.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. You agree to pay the quoted rate plus any applicable overage, extended rental, or other charges disclosed to you.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We will work with you in good faith; certain short-notice cancellations after dispatch may be subject to a fee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockbridge Dumpster Rental Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.
